Craniosacral Therapy & bodywork modalities such as Swedish, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Lomi Lomi, and Prenatal. Healing services take a client-centered approach. At-Home services available, bringing convenience right to your home. No need to drive anywhere. Jessica will bring the healing to you!
Education
Study group meetings for Upledger CST students that have completed CS1, CS2 classes and would like a supportive environment to practice or contemplate the techniques and concepts taught in the classes. Meetings are once a month, every 3rd Saturday morning, unless specified.
Healing for ALL
Healing for ALL is supported through our merchandise. Every time you purchase merchandise from our shop, a percentage is set aside for someone in need of healing whom may not be able to afford treatment. This is a great way to support our community and support ourselves in our own healing journey.

A great place to begin your Craniosacral Therapy journey is by booking a consultation. Jessica and Lyle can answer any questions or curiosity that you may have. It is also a great time to discuss whether CST treatment is a good fit for you. By the end, we may agree to book an initial 90 minute session to dip your toes, or perhaps purchase a package of 5 hours worth of CST for chronic conditions.

Healing Hearts Texas works to make Craniosacral Therapy accessable to anyone, including those whom cannot come to an office. We serve all of Texas, focusing on the San Antonio region. No travel fee for areas within 30 miles of San Antonio.

Therefore, we prioritize the principles of patience, presence, neutrality, and compassion. We will never rush healing, and have created a model that takes that into account, with multiple hour packages. Not necessarily. Massage & other disciplines of bodywork are available on the Combinations option. It includes 6 hours worth of bodywork infused with Craniosacral Therapy.
Craniosacral Therapy on its own, is a gentle touch manual therapy, that people often compare with Reiki Healing.
